Asking for donations can feel awkward

Many Prostate United supporters tell us the same thing. Remember, you're not asking people to give money to you. You're asking them to support a cause that matters. As the most common cancer in the UK, it's a cause that matters to everyone.

People donate because they care about you, the cause and the difference their donation could make.

Quick tip

Instead of focusing on the donation, focus on the reason you're taking part in the challenge. People connect with stories far more than fundraising targets.
