My story

Bill Turnbull was an inspiration to many, not least my own dad, who went through his own battle with prostate cancer and thankfully survived to be able to educate many more men about the illness.

In Bill's memory and solidary with my old man, I'm pleased to be supporting Wycombe Wanderers' club-wide campaign to make Prostate United another big success this October.

Prostate cancer kills one man every 45 minutes – that's half a football match. But it doesn’t have to be this way. This October, I’m signing for Prostate United. I’ll be walking or running every day alongside thousands of other football fans, all taking on the same rival… prostate cancer. I’m raising money to find better tests and treatments so more dads, partners and mates get the chance to see another matchday. If you can, sponsor me. Every donation helps fund lifesaving research for men and their families. Thank you.
