My story

Prostate cancer kills one man every 45 minutes
This October, I’m taking on a challenge that’s going to push me both physically and mentally — walking or running 5K every single day throughout October to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer.
Prostate cancer affects so many men and their families, and I wanted to do something meaningful to help support the fight against it. That’s why I’m committing to 31 days, 31 runs, and 155K in total.

I know there will be days when I don’t feel like running, but that’s exactly why I’m doing it. Every run is a reminder of the people affected by prostate cancer and the importance of research, early diagnosis and support.

If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, it would mean a huge amount to me and will help make all those miles worthwhile.

Thank you so much for your support

31 days. 155K. One important cause.💙
